We want you to be fully satisfied with your Legend London purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure your items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days and send a confirmation email.
